At the Researchers' residence, Campus Condorcet provides a reception service and medium to long-term accommodation for French and international researchers that have been invited by a member institution, as well as their families.

Ideally situated just behind the Conference centre, and just a short walk from the Front Populaire metro station, the Researchers' residence comprises 88 apartments (1 to 3 rooms). A reception area (open from Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 9 pm), a baggage room and a laundry service are also available to welcome these guest researchers as warmly as possible.

They can also take advantage of the lounges and outdoor terrace at the Faculty club, which serves drinks, breakfasts and snacks from 7 to 10 am and 6 to 9 pm. A pleasant place to socialize, it is available for private Campus events, and also for researchers who wish to relax or work together.
